Quinoa and Chia Seed Wrap

We wanted to offer something to build on the great taste and nutrition of our multigrain wrap and have come up with what we think is the perfect new product. Using the ancient grains of Quinoa, Chia, Teff and Linseeds, our wraps are packed with nutrients and fibre and taste absolutely brilliant. They’re also a great source of Protein! Perfect for lunch on the go or as a tasty pizza base, these wraps are so versatile and so tasty you won’t believe they’re not wheat!

Ingredients: Water, Mixed Wholegrain Flours (25%) (Sorghum Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Millet Flour, Teff Flour, Quinoa Flour, Amaranth Flour), Potato Flour, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, Thickening Agents (Cellulose, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Pea Protein, Red Quinoa Seeds (2%), Teff Seeds (2%), Linseeds (2%), Canola Oil, Chia Seeds (1.5%), Inulin, Salt, Sourdough (Fermented Quinoa, Corn and Rice Flour), Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Phosphate), Psyllium Husk, Yeast, Acidifiers (Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Tartaric Acid), Preservative (Sorbic Acid), Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid).
